Terrafina's executive officers are appointed by the Board of Directors for an indefinite term

Set forth below are the name, position and a description of the business experience of each of Terrafina's executive officers.

Alberto Chretin: CEO

Alberto Chretin is Terrafina´s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Chretin is responsible for the preparation of our business strategy and the execution of our vision, goals and business plan. Before joining Terrafina, Mr. Chretin served as a Minister of Economy for the state of Chihuahua, Mexico, and as Executive Advisor of PGIM Real Estate in connection with Terrafina´s initial portfolio. Prior to joining PREI, Mr. Chretin was Managing Director at Verde Corporate Realty Services, where his duties included marketing, promotion, leasing, development, investment and property management. Previously in his career, Mr. Chretin was CEO at Intermex, Chihuahua, where he doubled the size of the Company’s industrial portfolio, and Executive Director of Parques Industriales de Chihuahua, S.A. de C.V. Mr. Chretin has also served as Executive Director of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks (AMPIP) from 2009 to 2010. Alberto Chretin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and attended the AD-2 program at the IPADE Business School in Mexico.

Carlos Gómez Espinosa : CFO

Carlos Gomez Espinosa is Terrafina’s Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for all the Financial, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Strategic Planning functions in the Company. He has more than 24 years of professional experience in Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Developers, Global Companies and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Terrafina in May 2017, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Fibra Plus, where he was responsible for all the Financial, Accounting and Tax functions during the IPO process of the company, which took place in November 2016. After the IPO, he continued to manage the Finance Department until May 2017. He also worked for Grupo Proyecta, a Real Estate Developer located in the City of Puebla, where was responsible for the Finance and Administration Departments. Previously he was the Controller for Vertex Real Estate (CKD) and Walton Street Capital Mexico (Private Equity Fund). Also, he worked for EMC Mexico and GE Capital as well for Protego Financial Advisors as a Senior Associate for in the Project Finance Department where he participated in energy and infrastructure projects. Mr. Gomez started his professional career as a Financial Advisor in the Corporate Sales Department of GBM Casa de Bolsa. He is a Certified Public Accountant from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Simon School of Business in the University of Rochester, New York.

Francisco Martínez: IRO

Francisco Martinez has over 15 years of experience in finance and public relations and is responsible of managing all aspects of Terrafina´s investor relations. As an Investor Relations Officer, his focus has been on crafting the corporate message and investment thesis, which is communicated to a diverse audience of equity and fixed income investors. He has ample experience in follow-on equity offerings and international debt issuances, which has allowed to maintaining a diversified and strong base of investors. Prior to his current work in Terrafina, he has led investor relations’ activities and managed different aspects of financial reporting and analysis for Mexican listed companies. Additionally, he developed his corporate finance background during his work as a Global Relationship Banking Credit Associate in Banamex CITI and as a Financial Analyst in Pfizer Mexico. Mr. Martinez has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
